Welcome and thank you for visiting this consultation website which provides information about development proposals for land 140 metres north of 15 Lochside Avenue, within Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh.
The proposals are still evolving as we move through the design process, and Mollie’s would like to invite you to view plans and have your say on the proposals.
Mollie’s Motels Limited invites you to share your views on their proposals for the development of land 140 metres north of 15 Lochside Avenue, within Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh.
A consultation event was held on Wednesday 25 June 2025 at 1 New Park Square, Edinburgh Park, where members of the project team were on hand to discuss the proposals and answer questions.
Comments were also invited via an online questionnaire between 23 June and 5 July 2025.
A second consultation event will be held to present a summary of the feedback received from members of the public during the first consultation event, and through the online questionnaire. An outline of how the proposals have progressed will also be provided.
The second event consultation event will take place on Wednesday 23 July 2025, between 4pm and 7pm.
The event will be held at 1 New Park Square (third floor), 1 Airborne Place, Edinburgh Park, EH12 9GR.
Following this period of pre-application consultation, it is intended that an application for Planning Permission will be submitted to the Council in late September 2025.
